Establishing a visa regime with Russia means finding out the reasons and goals, and officially deciding who will be allowed in and who will not - the White House says this, Usupashvili in black suit says this and the public also demands this - the only one who does not understand this is Georgian Dream, one of the leaders of Lelo, Davit Usupashvili, told journalists.

 

According to Usupashvili, the representatives of Lelo visited Larsi to see the situation on the ground, after which they are convinced that there is a need for the Government’s intervention.

 

"Tightening the visa regime means filling out a long paper, where a person will have to write why he comes from Russia. Is he running away from his own Government? - We can let in such a person more easily," Usupashvili said.
