Session Georgian Diaspora and Science Abroad held

A session Georgian Diaspora and Science Abroad was held within the Global Conference for Diaspora Networks in Science, Georgian Foreign Ministry said.

 

According to the Ministry, Deputy FM Vladimer Konstantinidi addressed the session participants.

 

He acquainted the participants with the Georgian government’s policy and programs for the country’s compatriots living abroad and their engagement in Georgia’s development. Konstantinidi stressed that such relationship is mutually benefitting.

 

Georgian Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Nunu Mitskevichi spoke about benefits of the EU-associated Horizon Europe Program and joint scientific projects.

 

Georgian scientist living in Germany Manana Tandashvili made a presentation about Georgia’s science on an international arena.
