Ilia Darchiashvili: Georgia is managing the reforms to be carried out in our country very quickly and effectively

"We think that Georgia is managing the reforms to be carried out in our country very quickly and effectively," Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili said when asked whether Georgia needed reforms to join the European Union and in what direction.

 

As he stated at the 62nd session of the Government Commission on EU Integration, carrying out reforms is one of the main priorities of the Government.

 

"As for reforms, carrying out reforms is one of the main priorities of our Government. The Government of Georgia is distinguished by its active efforts in the process of reforms, and we think that Georgia is managing the reforms to be carried out in our country very quickly and effectively. Our reform plan gives us the basis and opportunity to prepare this questionnaire and send it to our European partners," Darchiashvili said.
