According to Gia Volski, Vice Spear of Parliament of Georgia, United National Movement is planning a certain provocation and that's why they are not in the delegation. As Volski says, Georgian special services have already shared this information with the Ukrainian special services.

"The decision of UNM was assessed differently, some said that they were frustrated that they couldn't bring about the destruction that they planned, but there is another circumstance which was discussed, I won't hide it, it was confirmed, at least to my knowledge, that they are mobilized to plan a certain provocation, that is why they are not in the delegation. I will tell you more, our special services received information about this from a very reliable source and have already shared it with the Ukrainian special services. I am sure that the Ukrainians will take appropriate measures in this regard and this visit will not be hindered," Gia Volski said after meeting with Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.

According to him, the information on organizing a grave provocation for the delegation was obtained from a serious source.

Asked if he could say that the security of the delegation was at stake, Volski said he was confident his Ukrainian counterparts would do everything possible to ensure that the visit takes place and its aim is achieved, which "some political forces do not desire because it doesn't fit into their strategic plan." According to him, these are the forces that have rallied around Mikheil Saakashvili.
