Ukrainian media - Russian occupation forces opened fire 80 times, wounding one Ukrainian soldier

Russian occupation forces have violated the ceasefire in Donbas 80 times in the past day, Ukrainian media reported, citing the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

 

According to them, in 72 cases fire was opened with weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

 

"As a result of the bombardment carried out by the enemy, one of the soldiers received moderate injuries and is in a medical facility. His/her health condition is satisfactory," said the statement of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

 

According to them, the Ukrainian military is in control of the situation and is "responding adequately to potential threats from the enemy."
