According to the Mestia City Hall, as a result of heavy rains, the overflowing river completely or partially destroyed both the village roads, as well as part of the central road and power transmission lines.
Several sections of the road leading to the village of Adishi have been completely destroyed, leaving the village isolated from the outside world and making movement impossible. Electricity is not supplied to the population of Adishi, Ifari, Kala and Ushguli villages.
