The Armenian lobby is launching a new wave of the already "international" hysteria about the alleged "genocide" of the Armenians of "Artsakh". The day before, it became known that the Armenian "Artsakh" separatists deliberately went to disrupt the agreements already reached with the help of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation on the supply of the Armenian-populated areas of Karabakh in two directions via Aghdam and Lachin. And the reason for the "blockade" of the "unfortunate Karabakh Armenians", about whom they allegedly "care" so much, was the intention to open the supply of Karabakh Armenians via Aghdam only one day earlier than via Lachin.

The separatists disrupted the agreements by issuing an ultimatum demanding that the Lachin road be opened at the same time as the Agdam road. But even if the Azerbaijani side had agreed to the separatists' ultimatum, the agreement would have been derailed anyway. The separatists would have simply blocked the delivery of humanitarian goods through Aghdam or organised an armed provocation.

 Such illogical behaviour of the separatists and the Armenian lobby, which took Karabakh Armenians hostage and did not allow their supply through Aghdam, became clear after it became known that the former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, the Argentinean Luisa Moreno Ocampo, prepared a 100% pro-Armenian "report", which talks about the same alleged "genocide" of Karabakh Armenians in the "blockade".

 That is, the international Armenian lobby did not want to open the supply of Karabakh Armenians, especially through Aghdam. They launched the propaganda machine of "genocide of Artsakh Armenians" at all levels under this report, which was obviously ordered and paid for.

At the request of Armenia, a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation around the Lachin Corridor was scheduled for 16 August, where Armenia would present the same report by Luis Moreno Ocampo. Meanwhile, in the USA, in the places where the Armenian diaspora is concentrated, first of all in Los Angeles, actions and outright riots began with the demand to "prevent the Armenian genocide". Moreover, as "proof" of the alleged "genocide" of the Karabakh Armenians, the demonstrators displayed propaganda materials with quotations from the recent report of the same Luis Moreno Ocampo. About the alleged threat of "genocide of 120 thousand Karabakh Armenians".

A conclusion about what the "Armenian-loving" Argentinian Luis Moreno Ocampo represents can be drawn from an article by Ivan Boyko, recently published on the website of the Ukrainian state news agency UNIAN, entitled "A top lawyer turned into a petty proxy for the Kremlin": Ocampo issued a report on the fake 'humanitarian catastrophe' in Karabakh":

"Former ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has added links to pro-Moscow Karabakh separatists to his long list of corruption and harassment charges.

Channel 5 reported that the former senior official in the ICC prosecutor's office is promoting theories of 'Armenian genocide' in Karabakh and acting as a 'mouthpiece' for Armenian separatists.

What is Ocampo known for? In 2008, The Telegraph reported that Ocampo forced a local journalist to have sex with him during a visit to South Africa: "The prosecutor took the journalist's car keys and only gave them back when she agreed to sexual contact...". The rapist's testimony was given by his colleague, the spokesman for the ISS prosecutor's office, Kristan Palme, who was subsequently sacked by Ocampo. 

In 2017, Mediapart investigators discovered that Ocampo had offshore assets when he served as chief prosecutor of the ISS. The official attributed the "income" to the fact that his salary was "insufficient". After leaving the ICC, Ocampo had properties in The Hague (€1.2 million), 5 properties in Argentina ($2.2 million) and $1 million in the bank.

In 9 years as ICC prosecutor, Ocampo has only closed one case - against Thomas Lubange, the leader of a paramilitary group in Congo. He was convicted in 2012, a few months before Ocampo stepped down. But it was not without scandal. Lubange used children to take part in the war. The case had been under investigation since 2006. But with Ocampo's connivance, Lubange was never charged with sexual abuse. 

In 2010. Ocampo visited Yerevan in his capacity as ISS Prosecutor and met with former Armenian President Sargsyan. Five years later, Ocampo visited Yerevan again to participate in the forum "Against the Crime of Genocide". On 29 July 2023, the leader of the pro-Russian separatists in Karabakh, Araik Harutyunyan, asked the ex-prosecutor, rapist and corruptor for his "expert opinion". The result was the report "Armenian Genocide in 2023". The prosecutor, who investigated a case for 9 years, "figured out" the situation in Karabakh in only 9 days.

The 28-page report of the ex-prosecutor repeats the only propaganda idea that has been repeatedly refuted by the international media since the beginning of the year - the so-called "humanitarian catastrophe among the 120 thousand population of Artsakh".

However, this thesis has been refuted by MP Vladimir Kreidenko. After ordering meat, fish, cheese and dessert in Khankendi, the capital of the enclave, the Ukrainian parliamentarian proved that there is no hunger in the Armenian enclave".  End of article.

As can be seen from the article, the entire information hype of the Armenian lobby around the alleged "genocide of 120,000 Karabakh Armenians" is today based on the fact that Armenian nationalists are spreading forgeries. Among them is Luis Moreno Ocampo, who has been "bought and re-bought" by them and unscrupulously.

But it is well known in international circles that Ocampo is an ex-prosecutor of the ICC. He is indeed a "petty corrupt proxy". And not even so much the Kremlin, but those who are trying to use both the Kremlin and other forces to save the "Artsakh" separatist project, which brings nothing but misery to the Armenians of Karabakh.
