Georgia reports 3,278 new cases of coronavirus, 53 deaths

According to the information published on Stopcov.ge, 50,585 tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, including 31,630 antigen tests and 18,955 PCR tests.

 

As a result of the testing, 3,278 newly confirmed cases of virus infection were detected in the last 24 hours. The total number of confirmed cases detected since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country is 898,079.

 

3,890 people recovered from the virus, while the total number of people recovered increased to 844,875.

 

53 new deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours. A total of 12,879 people have died from the virus since the pandemic spread.
