"Azerbaijan plans to strengthen cultural cooperation with Georgia," the Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan, Anar Karimov, stated about it at the meeting with the Minister of Culture of Georgia, Tea Tsulukiani.
According to the Minister, a new page of Azerbaijani-Georgian cultural cooperation will open.
Anar Karimov noted that the meeting with his Georgian counterpart was fruitful.
"At the meeting, we exchanged views on cooperation in the protection of the cultural heritage of both countries, museums, cinema, creative industry," he said.
The Minister expressed hope that the official visit to Georgia will strengthen ties between the two countries.
The sides also discussed the joint reconstruction of the Red Bridge monument. Tea Tsulukiani noted that the Red Bridge is a monument of cultural heritage for both Georgia and Azerbaijan.
