Goodbye Georgia or goodbye Robert Sahakyan?

09.06.21 10:20

Armenian nationalists, who are gradually "taking over" Georgian Abkhazia, cannot calm down and at any opportunity demonstrate their frenzied Georgian phobia. They are literally infuriated by the fact that, despite all the efforts of the Armenian nationalist Sergei Lavrov-Kalantarov and the Armenian lobby in the Russian Federation, the entire world community unequivocally recognizes Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region as an integral part of Georgia. Except for Russia occupying these Georgian territories, the Assad regimes dependent on it in Syria and Maduro in Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Nauru.

However, it is unlikely that Nicaragua and Nauru will be able to somehow prevent the restoration of the territorial integrity of Georgia. Let us remind you that separatists of Abkhazia and the separatist “Artsakh” created by the Armenian occupiers on the Azerbaijani lands, recognized each other's “independence”, but this did not help the matter much.

One of these Armenian nationalists living in occupied Abkhazia, Robert Sahakyan, recently shared his attitude towards Georgia on Facebook. In his "Address" he repeated the main clichés of the Georgian-phobic Armenian propaganda, including the completely wild historical myth that Tbilisi turns out to be "Armenian," and that the Armenians allegedly "presented" the alphabet to Georgians. We give his "appeal" in full:

"FAREWELL GEORGIA, HELLO ABKHAZIA !!!" Robert Sahakyan: I am addressing Facebook management. I don’t understand why everything is written in Georgian script ??? I registered a new account in Sukhumi, and the entire page is in Georgian (((How can I figure it out to switch to Russian?

Help, tell me who knows. I don't understand anything in Georgian, I barely filled out the registration form with the help of an online translator. I thought the computer was drizzling. But no, it turns out that Facebook has taken the Abkhazian segment from under the influence of the Russian Federation to Georgia, apparently to more easily control who, from where what he writes about Georgia, about the Western world in general.

Comrades Georgians, gentlemen from Facebook, I do not want to be under your hood, so I am asking you to remove this page of mine. You are trying to make people even angrier who are already wary of you. If you thus decided to take the population and citizens of the Republic of Abkhazia, independent of Georgia, under information control, then you suckers who allowed another genocide against your neighboring peoples, in this case against multinational Abkhazia - not only against Abkhazians but also against Circassians, Armenians, Russians, Greeks, etc., who do not know and do not want to know the Georgian language.

I am so angry with you for this shamelessness and impudence of yours that if I had my will, I would take away the alphabet that my ancestors, the Armenians, gave you. And Tbilisi would take away from you because you did not found it, did not build it, it is ours, read history. And not only Tbilisi ... you know what other districts. I am Armenian, I was born in Abkhazia when the war began, my mother miraculously took me from Sukhumi to Moscow. Remember what you did in Sukhumi? No sooner had my mother and I left than the bandits of Soso Akhalaia moved into my house. Then they took everything out, looted, took away my father's car. Speaking of my father. Somehow he died before the war under suspicious circumstances. Maybe your handiwork, scum? Maybe you took revenge on him for the fact that in 1989 he supported the Abkhaz, and not you, and for the fact that he communicated well with Vladislav Ardzinba? Remember, I won't forgive you anything, creature. Of course, I am not writing about all Georgians, there are normal people among you with whom I communicate in Moscow, I am friends. They are different, not like you.

I wanted to write two words, with indignation that the account was registered in Georgian, but a whole story came out. I expressed everything that had accumulated over many years. Residents of Tbilisi, remember once and for all that all normal people, regardless of the nation, support independent Abkhazia. The time will come, you will beg on your knees, beg that Abkhazians, Armenians, Russians, and others forgive you for your sins. If I don't live to see that time, then my son will be a witness. Will you be forgiven? This is another question. Abkhazians, you are our brothers. We were together and we will be to the end We do not forget the good, no matter how difficult it is to live, you have everything ahead, everything will work out. Facebook, delete my Georgian account, I don't need it. I hope you understand why I refuse? I will register another in Moscow, because of the principal. Goodbye Georgia, long live Abkhazia !!! " End of the "appeal".

Armenian nationalists call Georgians "scum". How does this combine with the official hypocritical and unctuous speeches from Yerevan about Georgia and Armenia's "friendship and brotherhood"? Or when Armenia needs something from Georgia, the Georgians become “brothers”, and in other cases, the Georgians turn out to be “scum”. Thank you for your frankness!

By the way, speaking about his father, Robert Sahakyan actually admitted that until 1989 the separatist leader Vladislav Ardzinba was under the influence of Armenian nationalists. Those. Abkhazian separatism was originally a "project" of Armenian nationalists, called upon to embroil the brothers - Abkhazians and Georgians so that later the representatives of the "ancient Nard" could "get their hands on" Abkhazia.

What can we recommend to Robert Sahakyan, who, despite his outrageous nationalism and Georgianophobia, as a resident of an integral part of Georgia "by default" is a citizen of Georgia, like the Abkhaz and other people living in the temporarily occupied territory? The occupation, as the experience of Azerbaijani Karabakh shows, is not eternal. Abkhazia will sooner or later finally reunite with Georgia. The separatist "project" is doomed and, as the experience of the same "Artsakh" shows, it can be "slammed" very quickly and unexpectedly for the separatists.

Those who understand the fragility and doom of separatist projects need to prepare for peaceful integration into Georgian society. Including learning Georgian and, by the way, the Abkhaz language, which, according to the Constitution of Georgia, has official status on the territory of Abkhazia (it is unlikely that Robert Sahakyan knows Abkhaz, as, alas, more and more Abkhazians, whose culture is dying out even faster during the occupation than the Abkhaz ethnos).

But if someone does not like the country on whose internationally recognized territory he lives and the state that forms the people and their language, he can always leave this country. Considering the transcendental hatred expressed by Robert Sahakyan on Facebook, he is unlikely to change his opinion about Georgia. Most likely, his hatred for the country on whose territory he lives will remain as outrageous as that of his fellow tribesmen, who, leaving the area liberated by the occupation of Kelbajarka, burned houses so that they would not go to the true owners of this land, the Azerbaijanis.

Abkhazia is Georgia. Well, the Georgianophobe Robert Sahakyan can be advised either to change his attitude towards Georgia and learn the Georgian language or to say goodbye in advance. If he hates Georgia so much, then let him look for another country and another people who will "shelter" him and similar nationalists.
