Shalva Papuashvili: the only thing that the draft law on "transparency of foreign influence" harms is black money

The only thing that the draft law on "transparency of foreign influence" harms is black money, said Shalva Papuashvili, the chairman of the Parliament of Georgia. According to him, the campaign to romanticize the "Molotov cocktail" was financed by the European Union and the USA, through NED and EED, "so the public should know all this."

"We see a campaign of hate, incitement to violence by various groups just to keep this money hidden. Wherever there may be black money, it should be disclosed. For example, it turned out that "Droa" was financed by the European Union through EED, and nobody knew about it, it was nowhere to be seen. It was hidden from the public and we found out by accident. For example, the campaign to romanticize the "Molotov cocktail" was financed by the European Union and the USA, and through NED and EED, "Shame Movement" was financed, and we also learned this by accident. Therefore, the public should know all this. They themselves draw the following conclusions, whether this financing is good or bad, friendly or unfriendly. I think romanticizing the Molotov cocktail, funding this issue and organizations like this is unfriendly behavior. We should all know, and then we will have to talk to each other based on this", said Shalva Papuashvili.
