They will not be able to make us lose patience by individual statements aimed at breaking this agreement, - one of the leaders of Lelo, Davit Usupashvili, said at a briefing in parliament.
As Usupashvili noted, Lelo - Partnership for Georgia faction is being formed to bring the country out of the crisis.
"Today I am standing here as one of the members of the newly formed faction of the Parliament of Georgia and I am aware of the responsibility that I and my colleagues are undertaking. Today our country is in one of the most difficult situations for the last 30 years. The country is not on the edge of the abyss, but in the abyss. We need to realize this. The second thing we need to realize is that the country cannot be rescued separately by any party, any group - the government, the opposition. We must overcome this crisis together. Therefore, this faction is being created to bring the country out of the crisis, and this country includes the ruling party, the opposition, the apolitical people, businesses, the unemployed and everyone. Therefore, we will be very principled and patient. The agreement, which was signed as a bridge, a rope, and which we have to catch to get out of this abyss, requires a lot of work and less pointless arguing, personal attacks," Usupashvili said.
