As you know, amendments to the Constitution are an internal affair of any country, and officials of other states do not interfere in it. But with the supposedly "independent" separatist so-called "South Ossetia" and Abkhazia, the situation is completely different. Separatist puppets directly agitate their “patrons” to vote for changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the so-called “speaker” of the so-called "Parliament" of the so-called “South Ossetia” Alan Tadtaev emphasized that he considers the amendments to the Russian Constitution “necessary”.
“Personally, I fully support the leadership of the Russian Federation and the adoption of the amendments. All amendments to the Constitution are essential for all Russians to have a bright future,” said Alan Tadtaev.
The puppet "speaker" also added that the adoption of the amendments will be able to consolidate all the values and achievements that the Russian Federation has today.
It is reported that the vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation will be held on July 1. A polling station will be opened in the “Embassy of the Russian Federation” in occupied Tskhinvali, where Russian citizens will be able to vote (and most residents of the occupied territory have Russian passports except the disenfranchised ethnic Georgians in the Akhalgori region), as well as two polling stations for Russian military personnel. In addition, it is reported that citizens of the Russian Federation who can not arrive at the polling station will have the opportunity to vote outside the premises for voting.
Moreover, it is clear that the separatist authorities will strive to show "high consciousness" of the population of the occupied territories by voting. Since the real population of the so-called “South Ossetia” (where at best 15 thousand people remained) is much less than the “officially announced,” figures of “53 thousand inhabitants” - there is no doubt that participation in the vote and votes “for changes” will simply be “drawn” in many aspects.
But all the same, the separatist leaders also need to show “excitement by voting” and “crowds of people who want to vote” (therefore, separatist “state employees” will most likely be driven to the vote under the threat of dismissal from work). The way the separatists organize this largely determines the renewal of the Kremlin financing of the occupied territories, which has virtually ceased.
They are campaigning to vote for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the separatist authorities in occupied Abkhazia. It is reported that the vote on the approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in Abkhazia will take place on July 1 at the premises of the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Sokhumi.
The farce itself with voting in the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the occupied Georgian territories and agitation for this vote of separatist puppets once again shows that all the so-called "independence" of separatist formations is complete fiction. However, like "democracy" in the Russian Federation.
