The Parliament will neither lose nor gain anything by their departure - their goal is to prevent the implementation of the first point of the European recommendations, the chairman of the Georgian Dream, Irakli Kobakhidze, said while commenting on Giorgi Vashadze's statement.
According to Kobakhidze, they will continue to sabotage the implementation of the 12 points.
"There is no point in their presence in the Parliament. Vashadze and Japaridze, if I'm not mistaken, have already left. By leaving, the Parliament will neither lose nor gain anything by their departure. As for their obscene and insulting statements, what can be seen from this? - The first of the 12 points is depolarization, one of their goals is to prevent the implementation of the first point. They will continue to act like this, they will continue to sabotage the implementation of the 12 points, this is their choice, the society will draw conclusions from all of this," said Kobakhidze.
For information, the chairman of Strategy Builder, Giorgi Vashadze, told PalitraNews TV that his party is ready to leave the Parliament.
"The main thing is that it should not happen too early, it will happen once the situation arises, when the society will agree that no result will be achieved with Georgian Dream, that it is a pro-Russian force, that we won't get EU candidate status with them. Once this situation is real, our step will also be taken in parallel to this," said Giorgi Vashadze.
