According to Paata Manjgaladze, one of the leaders of Strategy Builder, the statements that the opposition is somehow preventing the government from fulfilling the 12 points are propaganda.
As he told the journalists, there is no recommendation that Georgian Dream cannot fulfill within the set period, if it genuinely wants to.
"It's propaganda, as if the opposition is preventing the fulfillment of 12 points. No issue requires an opposition vote. Georgian Dream has enough votes on any issue, except the constitutional amendment, to fulfill the 12-point recommendations, but what is actually happening? They do not try to implement this recommendation. They turned on all the propaganda, saying - "we may not be able to fulfill these recommendations because the opposition will prevent us". How can the fact that Paata Manjgaladze didn't go to the legal committee hinder the democratic reforms that the Georgian Dream wants to carry out? There is no such thing. We have completed our task, now it is the turn of Georgian Dream. They must fulfill all the points that we proposed", Manjgaladze said.
