If members of the Georgian Dream think that European countries and the United States are involved in the conspiracy against them, they should not have applied for EU membership, they should apply for the Eurasian Union and then wait for the reaction of the people, - Paata Manjgaladze, MP from Strategy Builder, said when commenting on the position of the ruling team regarding the delay of transactions for Ivanishvili by the Swiss bank.
He also responded to the rally announced to be in support of Ivanishvili, saying that by doing so, everyone will see "who is waiting for Russia with white flags."
“The propaganda of the Georgian Dream regarding Ivanishvili that Ivanishvili's property has been confiscated and that someone is forcing him to start a war because of this, continues to this day. If they think that Germany, Switzerland, European countries and the United States are involved in the conspiracy against them, they should not have applied for EU membership, they should apply for the Eurasian Union and then wait for the reaction from the people.
They say that Bidzina is Georgia and that strategic interests of Georgia should be sacrificed for his security. Such a thing was last done in Europe in the 17th century, when Louis XIV said he was France and you probably remember how he ended up. Such statements will not be sold in Georgia. They claim that the Georgian Dream is a guarantee of peace, while the guarantee of peace is the will of the Georgian people that they want a free country, and first of all a guarantee of peace is the US. Therefore, it is good that they are going to gather, they should gather somewhere on a large field and we will see who is waiting for Russia with white flags, Georgia will give a worthy response to them," Manjgaladze said.
