Irakli Kobakhidze: The prisoner is responsible for self-harm - simulations, speculations or injuries will not succeed

The prisoner is responsible for self-harm - the penitentiary institutions are responsible for the relevant services, including medical services, - Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of the Georgian Dream, told reporters when he spoke about the statement of the Ministry of Justice, once again calling on Mikheil Saakashvili to "accept the medical services offered without reservations."

 

As Irakli Kobakhidze noted, "simulations, speculations or injuries will not succeed."

 

"I do not know, everything is already becoming very comical. When he went to prison by himself, we already knew that there would be simulations, self-harm, etc. This scenario is simple, the prisoner is responsible for self-harm. As for the penitentiary institutions, they are responsible for the relevant services, including medical services. Naturally, all agencies act with this responsibility, but as for these simulations, speculations and injuries, naturally, they will not succeed. Otherwise, any prisoner would be just as successful in their own simulations. Naturally, no agency should allow this," said Irakli Kobakhidze.
