Russia's chief gravediggers

22.02.22 10:00

A very interesting thing was shared on Facebook on February 19, 2022, during the sharp escalation of the crisis in Russian-Ukrainian relations by Margarita Simonyan, the Kremlin's chief propagandist:

"2008 Olympics - the liberation of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

Olympics 2014 - return of Crimea.

Olympics 2022 - type in the right answer."

And one of the "answers" was written under the post by Magarita Simonyan's compatriot Armen Melkonyan :

"Liberation of "Artsakh" and all native Armenian lands".

And this post received a huge number of "likes" "from representatives of the "most ancient people". It is immediately obvious who is most interested in the precedents of border redrawing and separatism.

At the time when the above-mentioned post by Margarita Simonyan was published, in eastern Ukraine, in the separatist DNR and LNR, along with increased shelling of Ukrainian positions along the entire line of separation, the evacuation of civilians to Russia and the mobilization of men of conscription age into local separatist formations was announced. It is worth recalling that the same evacuation was announced in separatist Tskhinvali in early August 2008, with increasing shelling of Georgian positions by separatists and Russian "peacekeepers".

Margarita Simonyan herself emphasizes the full analogy between the Russian aggression against Georgia in 2008 and the current Russian aggression against Ukraine, which has actually started, again by manipulating false propaganda theses.

The analogy is indeed sinister and the scenario is the same as in 2008, as is the fact that it is the Armenian lobby that wants such a war the most, both then and now.

There is a well-designed plan to drive Russia into a "geopolitical trap" from which it cannot escape. And it is the Armenian lobby, which is completely controlled from outside Russia, that drives Russia there, pretending to be "great Russian patriots".

Sometimes it is said that aggression against Georgia and Ukraine is a manifestation of Russian "imperialism". But it should be noted that, in general, classic empires that are pursuing their imperial interests have never behaved and do not behave this way.

Any empire tries to subdue its neighbours to the maximum, preferably the entire country. But to "take a bite" and then make the neighbouring country hostile for decades, to wipe out its political influence - this has never happened before in the history of empire.

Meanwhile, Russia took Transnistria and got a hostile Moldova. Took Abkhazia and Tskhinvali and got a hostile Georgia. Took Crimea and Donbass and got a hostile Ukraine. It is a miracle that a similar adventure with Kazakhstan has been avoided recently, although Russia was pushed to it by Armenian "well-wishers" in every way, demanding annexation of northern Kazakhstan to Russia. In such a case Russia would be guaranteed to have enemies along almost the entire perimeter of its borders. Not a single sane empire, and in general not a sovereign nation defending its national interests would ever do what Russia is doing now.

But the Armenian lobby pushes Russia towards this very policy, and they do not even hide why they need it. Armenian nationalists want Russia, which at their instigation "bites off" pieces of territory from its neighbours, to use analogy to help Armenia annex Azerbaijani Garabagh ("Artsakh" in the terminology of Armenian nationalists) and other lands of neighbouring states, including Georgian Samtskhe-Javakheti. Another Georgian region, occupied separatist Abkhazia, is fast becoming "seaside Armenia" and the same Margarita Simonyan is going to set up a media centre there.

Russian foreign policy is run by the Armenian lobby. The Russian Foreign Ministry is headed by the Armenian nationalist Sergey Lavrov (Kalаntarov), his compatriot Margarita Simonyan is in charge of propaganda, a huge number of media outlets are also subordinated to ethnic Armenians, and the Russian government is headed by Mikhail Mishustin, who has Armenian roots. As a result, under the influence of representatives of the "ancient people," Russia is pursuing an absolutely insane "pseudo-pervert" policy, which cannot end in anything but disaster for Russia in the end.

The situation is approaching a catastrophe right now. The entire Western world is united against Russia and its plans of aggression into Ukraine, and Russia has no allies and no prospect of any. Even Belarus is feverishly trying to break out of this murderous "alliance" and Lukashenko is resisting as best he can the ultimatum demands to recognise the annexation of Crimea and the so-called "independence" of Abkhazia and so-called "South Ossetia", although it is what the Armenian figures in Russia are increasingly demanding from him.

The Armenian lobby persists in driving Russia into a military geopolitical trap with Ukraine. This trap is much stronger with Georgia and a war with Ukraine would cost Russia enormous casualties, even if NATO countries were not involved. And if NATO steps in for Ukraine, the Russian military machine will be doomed to collapse.

In any case, the prospects for an escalation of the current conflict are grim for Russia.  It will either face "murderous" sanctions, huge losses and, as a consequence, the beginning of internal turmoil and the probable disintegration of Russia due to the aggravation of internal contradictions. Or a humiliating defeat and the beginning of the disintegration of Russia itself.

In the case of aggression, what will not happen, under no circumstances, is the rebirth of Russia as an empire. And what kind of empire can be created, if all forces are directed towards the war, first against one blood brothers (Georgians), and then against brothers-in-law (Ukrainians)? Arsen Avakov who, at the suggestion of the Vatican, held the post of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, turned the latter against Russians and Russia as much as he could. He was and still is the main curator of the short-sighted Ukrainian nationalists that Simonyan, Baglasarov, Gabrilyanov and their ilk are so frightening the Russians with.

Ironically, the Armenian nationalists pay lip-service to being "Russian patriots" but nevertheless listen to and obey their diaspora centres in the United States and in France, the leading members of the very same military bloc to which Lavrov-Kalontarov is issuing completely unenforceable ultimatums.

One gets the impression that the Armenian lobby "on both sides of the front line" has simply been hired by the same influential supranational forces. In order to influence the Russian authorities through the Armenian fifth column with such absolutely illogical actions, both for an empire and as a national state, to lead Russia into a trap from which there is no way out.

One more interesting detail - at the height of aggravation of Russian-Ukrainian relations it was suddenly reported that Pope Francis is scheduled to meet with Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church this summer. Interestingly, the meeting is planned not now, when it is really necessary to prevent a "major war", but when, judging by the plans of the globalists, Russia will finally get "bogged down" in an artificially created for it Ukrainian trap. What is it? Is the "acceptance of Russia's spiritual surrender" being prepared by some of the main clients of the current aggravation of relations between Russia and Ukraine? Perhaps so, especially given the enormous influence the Vatican has on the Armenian lobby.
