Nikol Pashinyan's party leads with 53.92% as the vote-counting procedure is over in Armenia

The Central Election Commission of Armenia has completed the vote-counting procedure in all 2008 polling stations. According to preliminary results, Nikol Pashinyan's party, the Civil Contract, leads the election with 53.92% of the vote.

 

 

The election bloc of the former president, Robert Kocharyan's "Armenia" comes second with 21.04%. The third place is taken by the election bloc "I have honor", which, according to preliminary data, won 5.23% of the vote. Gagik Tsarukyan's bloc, Prosperous Armenia, received 4.1% of the vote.

 


At the same time, according to the Central Election Commission, out of 2,593,572 potential voters, 1,281,174 citizens, i.e. 49.4% took part in the elections.
