Minister of Economy: We will do our best for timely completion of Paris-Tbilisi flight

02.07.20 14:35

“The number of Georgian Airways (formerly Airzena) flights were agreed with the Civil Aviation Agency, but they did not have official consent for the Paris flight,” Natia Turnava, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia said.

As Natia Turnava noted, the flights to Amsterdam, Vienna and Tel Aviv, were fully agreed.

“Paris-Tbilisi flight tickets were sold out without any agreement with us. I know our emigrants, who paid a high price for the Paris-Tbilisi flight, are waiting for this flight completion.

Although this was not planned, we take responsibility for the safe performance of all organizational issues for passengers and our citizens,” Natia Turnava noted.
