Restaurants with open space have been opened in Georgia today. General recommendations for catering facilities include the use of a pre-booking system and preference for non-cash payments.
Recommendations also include the use of disposable tablecloths and stricter cleaning measures in common areas (toilets, corridors, halls, elevators, etc.).
According to the recommendations approved by the Minister of Health, tables in catering establishments should be at least 2 meters away from each other and a maximum of 6 customers are allowed to sit at one table. As an exception, family members and teenagers under the age of 12 can be placed together. Distance between each of them should be one meter, while the space for one person should be no less than 2,25 m.
