Salome Zurabishvili welcomes the call by Geneva Discussions Co-Chairs to re-open crossing points on occupation line

President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili responds to the statement of the Co-Chairs of the Geneva International Discussions regarding the opening of crossing points on the occupation line.

 

“I welcome the call by the Geneva International Discussions Co-Chairs to re-open all crossing points on the occupation line. Following my address to the international community yesterday, I hope for positive progress, for the protection of human rights”, – the president wrote on her Twitter page.

 

The Co-Chairs of the Geneva International Discussions released a statement about the situation along the administrative boundary line (ABL) with South Ossetia. The Co-Chairs call for the immediate re-opening of all crossing points.
