According to Temur Mghebrishvili, the head of the emergency management service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigation has been started to determine the cause of the disaster in Shovi.
Mghebrishvili told journalists about it at the site of the disaster. As he explains, the investigation is being conducted under two articles of the Criminal Code.
"In the first minutes of the incident, a criminal investigation was started, a case has been opened under two articles, however, during the course of the investigation, the articles may be reclassified, the investigation has been started," said Mghebrishvili.
