According to Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, he does not think it is a problem to see a car with a Russian license plate in Tbilisi.
As he told journalists, Tbilisi City Hall has already issued a statement on this topic.
"Have not you heard the statement of the Tbilisi City Hall? Are you not satisfied? These cars do not belong to the contractors hired by the Tbilisi City Hall. In addition, various constructions are underway on a particular avenue. I don't think it is a problem to see a car with a Russian license plate in Tbilisi. Do not I speak clearly? The City Hall has companies that perform specific works," said Kaladze.
For information, yesterday the Tbilisi City Hall issued a statement and explained that the truck with Russian license plate, which was seen on Melikishvili Avenue, has nothing to do with the infrastructure projects of the City Hall. According to the City Hall, the truck was not related to the rehabilitation ongoing on Melikshvili Avenue and it was not the property of any contractor company of the City Hall.
