Medvedev and similar fools should know that Georgia has a 3000-year history of statehood and when Georgia adopted Christianity as its state religion, Moscow was just a swamp, and moreover, when The Knight in the Panther’s Skin was being written in Georgia, Russians were running in the forest like Papuans, Strategy Builder MP Paata Manjgaladze said when commenting on the statement posted by the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, on the social network.

According to him, the Government must respond to such statements.

"Russia is in a very difficult situation. It had been claiming to be a superpower and has now failed on a number of fronts with Ukraine. Medvedev is trying to compensate for the defeat in Ukraine by talking about Georgia and other countries. He doesn't even know the history. Medvedev and fools like him should know and someone should explain to them that Georgia has a 3,000-year history of statehood, and when Georgia adopted Christianity as its state religion, Moscow was just a swamp, and moreover, when The Knight in the Panther’s Skin was being written in Georgia, Russians were running in the forest like Papuans, the Russians ran in the forest like Papuans.

Georgian Dream should and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should make at least one statement on behalf of Georgia about what Georgia represents and what history we have. We should do more than that - there was a statement by an American Congressman that Georgia needs modern weapons, we must have modern Western weapons so that the defense forces can repel the Russian threat," Manjgaladze said.

For information, a statement was posted on Dmitry Medvedev's page concerning Russia's imperialist views, saying that after the return of Kyiv, Russia would restore its borders, for the expansion of which it had been shedding blood for years. Later, the post was deleted, and Medvedev's assistant Oleg Osipov said that Medvedev's page in the VKontakte social network had been hacked.

The statement mentioned Georgia as well, saying that before the accession of Georgia, it did not exist at all.
