"Germans with "yan''endings in their surnames want to build a city for themselves in occupied Abkhazia

After a certain "German company" asked the separatist authorities of Abkhazia to give them 500 hectares of land to build virtually an entire resort town with a population of at least 10-12 thousand people, a scandal erupted in Abkhazia. In a reply letter the puppet "president of Abkhazia" Aslan Bzhania confirmed his interest in the project. The relevant documents were published by telegraph channel Respublica.

According to a letter from "German businessmen" to the separatist "prime minister" Alexander Ankvab, a certain company Partnership+ offers to invest 6 billion euro in the separatist Abkhazia for construction of an urban village (for 10-12 thousand people)".

The "investor" is asking for a plot and a declaration of intent as well as "state guarantees" of up to 6 billion euro to avoid an investment collapse.

That this "German firm" is 100% front company is indicated by a number of indications, if only by the fact that their e-mail address is on Gmail. For a company planning to build a city of 12,000 people, this is, to put it mildly, unseemly and suspicious.

It is also well known that Germans in business are meticulous and cautious. A German would never invest a single euro in a territory of dubious jurisdiction, which is also not recognised by anyone in the world. No matter how much Vladimir Putin "lured" German business to the occupied Ukrainian Crimea, there have been no precedents for German investments in this territory annexed by the Russian Federation. But here "the Germans" have not been asked to do so and they are imposing themselves. It's very strange, just like the fact that puppet Aslan Bzhania immediately "got interested" and almost "gave consent".

But the letter of the "German company" was actually addressed to the separatist "prime minister". But he did not respond, and immediately "president" Aslan Bzhania responded, who confirms interest and guarantees granting of the land. One thing is clear - the Germans or those behind them have already conducted "explanatory work" with the separatist puppet and he had no questions about such a suspicious company.

Who is behind these "German investors" and what is nationality of these "Germans" one can guess at once, given that Aslan Bzhania owes his stay in power completely to the Armenian lobby and Armenian criminal mastermind Ruben Tatulyan. And at that interest to settle in Abkhazia with their compatriots was not concealed by "masters" of Aslan Bzhania and they do not hide it.

In other words, if cities are to be built in Abkhazia, it will be for "investors" and immigrants of the same nationality. But in order to make it less obvious and brazen it was apparently decided to play a farce with "German investors" first.

Abkhazian society reacted very nervously to the plans of construction of the new city and settlement of another 10-12 thousand residents there of clearly not Abkhazian nationality. As a result, the administration of the separatist "president" issued a "soothing" comment in connection with "publication in social networks and some media outlets of a letter of appeal of German company FVT-G roup & Partner to the leadership of Abkhazia with a humanitarian project "construction of an urban settlement or a small resort town":

"It is clear that the FVT-Group&Partner letter does not suggest "selling land", "relocating foreigners" or "transferring housing to foreigners", as some individuals and journalists have written about in order to provoke tensions in society. There are no such proposals in the letter. From the letter it follows that after the completion of construction the investor intends to donate social facilities, which include schools, kindergartens, hospitals with 1 000 beds, office buildings and so on to Abkhazia," reads the commentary.

The Department of Media Relations of the "Presidential Administration" also requests to pay attention to the content of the letter of Bzhania, which states that the Abkhazian side is ready to provide a plot of land with necessary permits and communications for construction of a resort town and construction of a medical centre".

The Abkhazian people are once again "reassured", but it seems that they are not going to cancel construction of the new town.  It is also obvious that Abkhazians will not live there.  For indigenous population they purposefully can put such prices on the real estate built by investors that they will not be able to afford it. Well, for "their" so-called "German investors" everything will be done. And it would turn out that it was not foreigners who settled in Abkhazia, but "indigenous ancient inhabitants with "yan" endings in their surnames.

Those who planned a total settlement of Abkhazia with Armenians, who are in the vast majority on the separatist territory, carry out their plan step by step methodically.  Abkhazians are slowly being taught that they are doomed to be an endangered minority on their land, that construction of cities and infrastructure development on the separatist territory will not be for them but for newcomers of the very familiar "ancient" nationality.
