For Armenian nationalists and the Armenian lobby, the "Artsakh" and "Javakhk" directions of separatism and potential aggression are still equally relevant. And they are financed from the same sources by the same programmes.  In particular, by the same Armenian American lobby.

For example, an announcement (https://t.me/jvkhk1/1033) was recently published on the separatist telegram channel Javakhk:

"The Awesome Foundation helps to bring ideas to life. Every month the organisation gives a grant of $1000. Armenian projects are implemented in Artsakh and Javakhk.

The Javakhk branch presented its first results. The winning project is the "Come" antechamber in the village of Damala.

The idea for the project belongs to a girl Mariam. She wants to activate the youth of the village, to provide them with a place for entertainment, development and participation in various activities and projects.

The Awesome Foundation is officially known as an international network of autonomous "chapters" of philanthropists who provide small project grants to "people dedicated to promoting interest in the awesome in the universe".

The Awesome Foundation is overseen by a certain American "Institute of Higher Studies".  Chief among the trustees and board members of the Awesome Foundation is Alexis Ohanian, entrepreneur and co-founder of the social network Reddit and treasurer of the Institute for Higher Studies. 

Alexis Ohanian positions himself as a descendant of refugees from the mythical "Armenian genocide" and acts as a generous benefactor towards Armenian extremists and separatists. As we can see, for him unscathed separatists of so-called "Artsakh" and separatists of "Javakhk" who advocate separation of the region of Samtskhe-Javzheti from Georgia according to Karabakh scenario are equally important. And Alexis Ohanian is willing, through his Awesome Foundation, to give equally generous grants to their separatist projects.

All these are signs that the Armenian "Javakhi" separatism poses the same deadly threat to the Georgian state. The richest American Armenian diaspora and key representatives of the most influential Armenian lobby are ready to invest in this separatist project.
