Intercity travel for passengers is restored

From today onwards, transportation between the cities is restored. The decision was made by the Coordinate Council on 27 May.

 

As the PM Gakharia noted, the decision was made considering the people's needs."First of all, [it was done] out of our citizen's interests, taking into account their social and economic needs", - stated Gakharia on 27th May meeting.

 

"The passengers will have to respect the recommendations in the vehicles. The primary recommendation is to wear masks.

 

For the record, the intercity travel was restricted by the government's decision on 23 March.

 

Despite this decision, railway transportation for passengers won't restart. This aspect was noted in the 345th decree of the government. According to the decree, transporting the passengers through railway is put on a halt, except for service railway transportation.
