All contacts of the nurse, who has been infected with the novel coronavirus in Batumi, Adjara region of Georgia, have been identified, Paata Imnadze, Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control, said at a briefing today.

“My colleague is a hero because she served a patient suffering from a mental disorder with whom physical contact was difficult, this person did everything to care for this patient, and unfortunately the nurse failed to be completely protected from direct physical contact with the patient. All people who have been in contact with the medical worker are traced. My colleague is a hero, ”Imnadze said.
