The separatists have a new curator. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin on cooperation with the separatist Abkhazia and so-called "South Ossetia". He will coordinate the work of federal bodies of executive power of Russia and give them instructions on issues, in particular, socio-economic cooperation with the separatist "republics".

For the same Abkhazia "curating" Khusnullin means the following:

First, in the very near future the issue of sale of real estate and land of Abkhazia to persons who do not have separatist citizenship and so-called "investors" will be resolved. First of all, of course, of Armenian nationality, who had long "laid eyes" on Abkhazia.

And secondly, the money allocated to the separatists will be actively "sawing" again the gates of the construction business, mainly of Armenian nationality.

All this directly follows from the personality of the new "curator" of the separatists.

Let us remind you that Marat Khusnullin has been Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Planning Policy and Construction since 2010. Khusnullin was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Russia on January 21, 2020.

For those who know - construction in Moscow has always been the most corrupt sphere. And that Marat Khusnullin in this sphere in the Russian capital operated the whole 10 years means one thing - with "building mafia" at him fine relations. Especially with the "ethnic construction mafia".

At the same time, the Armenian construction business feels particularly well in Moscow. In the most "monetary" spheres, where huge funds from the Moscow budget are "mastered". According to this investigation, the largest contractors of yard and street repairs in Moscow are businessmen under the names of Gandilyan, Avagyan, Balasanyan and Orjatsyan. Thus, "Stroyinvest-3", "ABZ Podolsk", "Stroystandart-30", "Tekhstroy", "AMV Group" and "ABZ Don" are connected with Mushegh Avakian's family. Since 2011 these structures have concluded contracts for 8.3 billion rubles with budget institutions of Moscow and Moscow Region. They received half of this amount in 2018-2019. In 2018, they received 7% of the total volume of capital tenders for yard improvement (1.09 billion rubles), in 2019 - 10% (2.54 billion rubles).

"Stroyinvest-3” is the largest contractor of the Moscow State Budgetary Institution "Zhilischnik". In 2018, the amount of government contracts concluded with this company exceeded 857 million rubles, in 2019 it came close to 1.5 billion rubles. This year the company is improving yards in 33 districts, as well as ten streets in the center of Moscow. The largest tender, which was won by Stroyinvest-3 in 2019, was announced in July by GBU "Zhilischnik" - 13 districts of the Western Administrative District, its volume -433 million rubles. Only Stroyinvest-3 took part in the tender.

The second place in the number of contracts for the repair of capital yards was occupied by the companies affiliated with the Orjatsyan family. In 2018, they won 6% of tenders (856 million rubles), in 2019 - 4% (1.03 billion rubles).

It is clear that the Avakyan and Orjatsyan families would have received nothing if they had not had good relations with Marat Khusnulin, the "chief curator of construction" in Moscow.

It is difficult to say why Khusnullin, being an ethnic Tatar, gives such preference to businessmen of Armenian nationality. This is despite the fact that as it is known Armenian nationalists do not like Muslim Turks, and Tatars among them. Apparently, there are some "special relations" that are not disclosed to the public. But the very fact that Marat Khusnullin received one of the key positions in the government of semi-Armenian Mikhail Mishustin speaks volumes.

Fast "mastering" of the separatist Abkhazia with Armenian capital is almost inevitable. Whether Abkhazians like it or not. And of course, from now on all money allocated from the Russian budget for Abkhazia will "settle" first of all in the pockets of "builders" and "investors" who are related to the Armenian diaspora.

It is unlikely that the Abkhazian top will get anything from what will be allocated for the separatist Abkhazia by the Mishustin government. And Abkhazians will not be able to do anything here, how many "revolutions" or "Maidans" they would not triple. After all, unlike the Armenian lobby, they have no opportunity to influence the "main donor" of the separatists, the Russian government.
