In Racha, in the disaster area, 9 flights were performed and 140 citizens are already in a safe place. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs disseminated information about the above.

 

The evacuation of citizens from the disaster area was resumed in Shovi in the morning. Two helicopters are involved in the operation.

 

Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili has left for Racha, the disaster zone. Information about this was confirmed to InterPressNews by the press office of the governmental administration.

 

The landslide in Shovi, Racha region, has claimed the lives of two people. According to the latest official information, as a result of the ongoing rescue operation in Oni municipality, the bodies of two people were found by the employees of the emergency management service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
