Invaders entrusted Georgia with vaccination of the population of Abkhazia

For those who think that Russia is a "completely independent" country and "confronts the globalists", the position of the Russian authorities during the current vaccination campaign recommended by global structures, the same WHO, was a surprise.

As you know, former US President Donald Trump was not very supportive of the WHO. But he lost power, and the new US President Joe Biden not only restored US cooperation with WHO but first made the vaccination of the US population against coronavirus one of the main points of the beginning of his presidency (promising to vaccinate at least 100 million Americans in the first 100 days). and second, to promote WHO-recommended vaccination worldwide.

It is very interesting here that it was on the eve of the meeting between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin in Geneva in the Russian Federation that they started talking about the need for compulsory vaccination, and after the meeting, the regions of the Russian Federation began to introduce compulsory vaccination one after another. Although Vladimir Putin himself, as it were, “stands above the process” and speaks out in words “for voluntary vaccination,” in fact, he shifted the “obligation” to the regions.

"Evil tongues" (in particular, the Russian opposition leader Igor Artyomov, hiding in the US), after the Putin-Biden meeting, began to talk about the fact that the head of the Russian Federation received a "task" from the leader of the leading superpower to vaccinate as many people dependent on him as possible. Whether this is so - we do not undertake to judge 100%. But events are developing as if confirming such "conspiracy" assumptions.

Moreover, Tajikistan, completely dependent on Russia, was the first in the post-Soviet space to announce mandatory vaccination of the entire adult population (Russian troops are stationed there). And this is in the conditions of the Taliban offensive and from the exit to the Afghan-Tajik border. One gets the impression that the Tajik authorities are more concerned not with the Taliban, but with “injecting” the entire population with the Russian Sputnik V vaccine. Or are some powerful forces also “manipulating” the advancement of the Taliban as a “stick” and the Russian one as a “carrot”, forcing the authorities of this country to “make the necessary decisions”?

Following Tajikistan, it introduced compulsory vaccination of the adult population and Turkmenistan, which is heavily dependent on the Russian Gazprom and its gas transit facilities. Those. there is every reason to believe that the Russian Federation will "promote vaccination" outside its territory both in the internationally recognized states dependent on itself and in the territories of other countries occupied by the Russian Federation.

In any case, active vaccination with the Russian Sputnik V vaccine is already underway in the occupied Ukrainian Crimea and Donbas. Vaccinations are also being spurred on in the Georgian Tskhinvali region. To date, 558 people have been vaccinated in the separatist Tskhinvali region, given that in reality, no more than 15 thousand people remain in the occupied territory. On July 7, 2021, the separatist so-called. "President of South Ossetia" Anatoly Bibilov called on residents of the occupied territory to be vaccinated with the Russian vaccine against coronavirus "for their own safety."

“We are obliged to minimize the risks of increased morbidity. I would like to appeal to the population of the republic about the need for a vaccine to save their lives and the safety of the people around them. We are witnessing the deaths of our compatriots from Covid-19. What else needs to happen to understand the need to be vaccinated, ”Bibilov addressed the public during a meeting of the headquarters to combat the spread of coronavirus.

Against this background, the separatist Abkhazia "completely dropped out" of the trends. Which looks a little strange. The Russian authorities have introduced compulsory vaccination for those close to this occupied Georgian territory, the Krasnodar Territory, and the Rostov Region. But in occupied Abkhazia, vaccination is progressing with difficulty.

The reason is trivial. Medicine in the separatist territory of Abkhazia is practically absent as a phenomenon. For medical help, residents of the separatist territory turn either to Russia (which is expensive) or to Georgia for Inguri. Therefore, the occupation authorities simply cannot properly vaccinate the vaccination company.

Now in separatist Abkhazia, only the first batch of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine is being used, which arrived in occupied Abkhazia from Russia in an amount of only 6.5 thousand doses. One dose contains two components of the drug. According to the separatist "Ministry of Health", the first component of "Sputnik V" as of July 5, 5,873 people were vaccinated, the second injection was made by 2,993 patients. Each dose contains both components.

Tentatively, by the end of this week, vaccination with the first component will be completed, but doctors will continue to give the second injection until the remainder of the vaccine is used up. As for the supplies of the second batch of Sputnik V, the corresponding request has been sent to the Russian Federation, and this issue is awaiting its decision. The number of doses of vaccine against coronavirus infection that will arrive in Abkhazia from the Russian Federation has not yet been reported.

In separatist Abkhazia, the occupying authorities of the Russian Federation and Putin "fail the task of the globalists." Therefore, the invaders decided to follow the "usual" way here. What they cannot do is blame the country affected by the occupation.

In the energy sector, this scheme works about occupied Abkhazia. As you know, the separatists receive electricity from the Georgian Inguri hydroelectric power station, without spending a penny on its operation. The occupation bases also receive this electricity free of charge. Georgia is simply forced to take such steps since the infrastructure of the Inguri hydroelectric power station on the territory of the Gali region of Abkhazia is "taken hostage" by the invaders and separatists.

In the case of vaccination, too, most likely, the case will be resolved similarly. The occupants and separatists "assign" the vaccination of the population of Abkhazia to Georgia.

The Abkhaz authorities are already offering residents of Abkhazia, including the Gali region, to be vaccinated in Georgian clinics. To this end, the separatist authorities have simplified the conditions for cutting off the line of separation along the Inguri River from 5 July.

“Now residents of the Gali district have the opportunity to get vaccinated not only at their place of residence, but also wherever they wish,” the separatist agency Apsnypress writes.

“By order of the chief sanitary doctor of Abkhazia, Lyudmila Skorik, a medical point has been set up at the border to keep track of those crossing the border. The regime is facilitated so that people can go, get a vaccine, and on the way back, be sure to go to the first-aid post, where a record of those who have been vaccinated will be kept. And this is how we will all fight this infection together, ”said the head of the separatist“ administration of the Gali region, ”Konstantin Pilia.

Astamur Gamgiya, head physician of the Gali Central Regional Hospital, noted that certain requirements have been introduced for those crossing the Inguri bridge.

“Considering that the COVID-19 disease is gaining momentum, we decided to open a first-aid post at the Inguri checkpoint to clearly track the contingent crossing the border so that we know the statistics and keep records. And for those citizens who will pass this border, there will be certain requirements: the provision of a certificate of vaccination, or the results of PCR tests, and if a person is ill, then a certificate of the presence or absence of antibodies.

By providing one of these certificates, a person can freely cross the border. Even those patients who go for further examination or treatment will have to provide certificates, ”the doctor said.
Without appropriate certificates, as before, patients who require emergency medical care will be allowed to pass.

"If a 'citizen of the Republic of Abkhazia' has crossed the border and is in Georgia for more than three days, then upon his return he must provide a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19, carried out within 72 hours before arriving in the country, or a certificate of vaccination," - emphasized Gamgia.

not only residents of the Gali region, but also of other regions of Abkhazia, especially those who already "habitually" travel to Georgia to receive medical services, will come to be vaccinated in the unoccupied territory of Georgia. In addition, in Russia, restrictions are introduced in the rights of the "unaccustomed", for example, in Moscow, from June 28, 2021, it is impossible to enter a cafe or restaurant without a QR code indicating vaccination. And the "unvaccinated" Abkhaz crossing the Russian border is completely powerless in this country. Meanwhile, the QR codes of vaccination certificates in Georgia comply with international standards and are accepted everywhere in the Russian Federation.

It turns out. that Georgia will help Russia, occupying Abkhazia, to “fulfill the task” of the global structures to vaccinate the “controlled” population?
