Uzbekistan Airways to Enter Georgian Market

The Uzbekistan Airline company "Uzbekistan Airways" starts regular flights to Georgia.


Tashkent-Tbilisi-Tashkent flights will begin from July 16, 2019, and last to the end of the summer navigation season will be carried out on Tuesdays and Fridays every 2 times a week.

 

Regular flights will be operated by Airbus A320, Boeing B757, B767 and B787 aircrafts.

 

The Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia issued a permit for regular air traffic between the capitals of the two countries on 8 July 2019.

 

"Uzbekistan Airways" was founded in 1992. The airline currently operates more than 40 destinations, including EU countries, USA, India and Japan.
