I want to confirm our readiness to return to the negotiating table, - the leader of "European Georgia" Davit Bakradze said in the office of the "National Movement".

 

According to him, the way to ease the political crisis is through negotiations.

 

"This is the victory of the Georgian society, the Georgian opposition and personally Nika Melia - because we have all shown together that political persecution, selective justice, controversy, aggression in this country, which the Georgian Dream is trying to bring about, has no future. But, the main thing today is not exultance and talk about the achieved result, the main thing is how we can all together have stability, calmness and order in the country. There is only one possibility for this, it is to ease the political crisis through negotiations, and I want to reaffirm our readiness to return to the negotiating table, to return to the issues that are necessary for calmness in the country - this is holding snap elections, end of political persecution once and for all, a change in the electoral system that will ensure the normal conduct of elections in the future", - said Bakradze.
