Mass thermoscreening to be carried out in commercial establishments

According to the decision of the Interagency Council of the Government, mass thermoscreening will be carried out in commercial establishments.

 

The decision was announced by the head of the government administration, Natia Mezvrishvili, after the meeting of the Coordination Council. According to Mezvrishvili, citizens who will be entering/exiting Batumi will undergo thermoscreening.

 

"Thermoscreening has been expanded. In general, it can be said that mass thermoscreening is underway, especially in Batumi. Today, the Interagency Council has already decided that mass thermoscreening will be carried out intensively in commercial establishments. In addition, there will be an intensive thermoscreening for citizens who enter/exit Batumi. The special spaces will be set up, where the operational headquarters will work together with the relevant agencies, and those people who will have temperature will be tested", - stated Mezvrishvili.
