The so-called general prosecutor of occupied Tskhinvali, Uruzmag Jagaev, states that he is ready to resign if the so-called "deputies" who lead the protest rallies and about whom the so-called the "general prosecutor's office" has various materials, will refuse the so-called parliamentary immunity, "mandates" and will be brought before the "court".
"Parliamentarians, for whom there is every reason to be held accountable, and politicians who are interested in the outcome of specific criminal cases, are using the tragic death of Inal Jabiev for personal gains", - Jagaev said.
He named criminal cases that may be initiated against the so-called deputies: Alexander Pliev, Jambulat Medoev, David Sanakoev and the brother of the leader of the party Nyhas, Alan Gagloev.
For the record, the protests in the occupied Tskhinvali region followed the death of 28-year-old Inal Jabiev in the Tskhinvali police isolator, who, according to his relatives, was tortured to death. Protesters are supported by the so-called representatives of opposition parties who demand the resignation of the de facto president - Anatoly Bibilov and the so-called prosecutor general Uruzmag Jagaev, as well as drastic reform of law enforcement agencies and the severe punishment of those involved in the assassination of Inal Jabiev. Against the background of the protest, Bibilov first fired the so-called minister of internal affairs, Igor Naniev. Later on, the so-called prime minister, Erik Fukhaev, resigned as a result of which the so-called government was dismissed by Bibilov.
