31.08.20 9:55

The de facto government of the occupied "South Ossetia" plans to open the so-called borders with Russia from September 15. The ban has been in place since the beginning of April due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"I believe that the road should be opened from September 15 without any restrictions. By this time our children will be going to schools, as the learning process start in a regular manner. However, the possible risks associated with opening the border will be taken into account", - said Anatoly Bibilov, the de facto president of the occupied South Ossetia.

Bibilov instructed the so-called minister of healthcare to increase the current supply of medicines and necessary materials, as well as to prepare to receive patients. Bibilov did not rule out that if an agreement is reached with Russia soon, the so-called border opening can start on September 10.
