Tinatin Bokuchava: No decision has yet been made regarding the nomination of a majoritarian candidate in Isani

According to Tinatin Bokuchava, one of the leaders of the United National Movement, no decision has yet been made regarding the nomination of a majoritarian candidate in the Isani district.

 

"You know that at this stage the National Movement is considering this issue. We said we would have candidates only in two constituencies in Tbilisi, while other opposition parties should have agreed on joint candidates in other 6 constituencies. Unfortunately, they failed to do so. This called into question our initiative. So far, no final decision has been made regarding the Isani constituency," Tinatin Bokuchava said.

 

The majoritarian candidate of the opposition parties in Isani is Giorgi Vashadze, however, the National Movement is considering the nomination of its own candidate in the mentioned constituency, due to which, Vashadze left the opposition union Power is in Unity.
