Irakli Kobakhidze: We are ready for a close partnership with NATO

We do not expect significant changes from the NATO summit, - the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, told journalists.


As the head of the government noted, Georgia is ready for a close partnership with NATO.


"On NATO expansion, NATO leaders make public statements that at this stage NATO expansion is not an issue that can be actively discussed, therefore, we do not expect substantial changes from the NATO summit. Of course, we are ready for a close partnership with NATO, this has been our task and we will continue to work in this direction," said the Prime Minister.
