This year, Paris will host the Olympic Games (2024) for the third time in its history (the Olympic Games were also held in Paris in 1900 and 1924). However, preparations for the Olympic Games are not commensurate with the scale of the sporting event. To be more precise, practically nothing is being done to prepare for the Olympics, except for "sawing off" the money allocated from the budget.

Last year, the same mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, paid more attention to the preparation of the so-called "humanitarian convoy" to help the "Artsakh" separatists and personally accompanied it to prevent the "genocide" allegedly threatening the Karabakh Armenians. After the liquidation of the separatist "Artsakh," she paid more attention to the "unfortunate Armenian refugees" than to the affairs of Paris. Although no one expelled these people, they were offered to stay and take Azerbaijani citizenship, and they are still being offered to return.

Meanwhile, almost nothing is being done to improve the French capital, despite the approaching 2024 Olympic Games. With less than five months to go before the opening of the Games, there are no preparations for the Olympics and no major construction works in Paris. Even cosmetic repairs to the dirty and stinking underground, or at least the fight against rats in the French capital, are not being observed. In the streets of Paris, the amount of rubbish, drug addicts, and homeless people continues to increase, as does the general shabbiness of the 'cultural capital of Europe', as they like to call Paris in France.

Moreover, the planned scope of the Paris Olympic opening ceremony itself is becoming "more modest" the further it is planned. Recently, the French government held an emergency meeting at the Elysee Palace to develop a "Plan B" in case of political or other problems during the Olympics.

In addition, all kinds of emergencies related to the preparations for the Olympics have become suspiciously "more frequent". It was recently revealed that a laptop and flash drive containing all the security plans for the Games were stolen from an engineer working on the security of the Olympics. Meanwhile, posters in the Paris metro are encouraging Parisians to prepare for the Olympics by working remotely and reducing their movement around the city, or even leaving the city entirely. Given the alleged theft of security plans for the Olympics and the unknown parties who may have had access to them, it may be concerning to stay in Paris during the event. It may turn out that the "indigenous population" on the streets during the "Olympic Celebration" in Paris will be mostly the same illegal immigrants, homeless people and drug addicts.

In February 2024, the organisers decided to halve the number of spectators allowed, from 600,000 to 300,000. But behind the scenes, there are persistent rumours that the Olympics could be cancelled altogether. This raises the question of whether there is a premeditated plan to disrupt the Olympics or diminish its significance by overshadowing it with other events.

And we all know what event can overshadow the Olympics in terms of information. It is war, of course. Especially when it is "prepared in advance" and the French government is directly involved in its preparation.

Here it is not superfluous to recall the "strange coincidence" of the 2008 Olympics and Russia's war against Georgia, as well as the suspicious activities of the same France in alleged "peacekeeping" during that war, clearly coordinated with the aggressor.

It should be recalled that on the opening day of the Olympic Games in Beijing, on August 8, 2008, the pro-Kremlin media cried out to the whole world about the "attack of the Georgian army" (and in fact, it was a response to the incessant provocations of the separatists) on the allegedly "peacefully sleeping" Tskhinvali. The military actions around Tskhinvali were immediately described by Russian and Kai propaganda as a "genocide" of Ossetians (it is immediately obvious who was developing a PR campaign). However, this "genocide" was preceded by massive shelling of Georgian villages in the Tskhinvali region and of Georgian army positions by separatists. As a result, the Georgian government was forced to evacuate these villages. On August 8, 2008, the Russian army launched a massive invasion into Georgia, following 'information preparation' by the Armenian lobby, on the opening day of the Beijing Olympics.

China did not cancel the Olympics at that time, but its opening was "conceded" in the world's news feeds to the events in Georgia and around Tskhinvali. Then came the French "mediators and peacemakers". As the Georgian president at the time, Mikheil Saakashvili, later admitted, the French president at the time, Nicolas Sarkozy, did indeed present Tbilisi with an "ultimatum of surrender" amid the Russian invasion. According to the French proposal at the time, Georgia had to give up Samakchablo and Abkhazia for the sake of "peace".

As we know, France's "mediation" at that time turned into Russia's occupation of Georgian Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region under the guise of recognising the so-called "independence" of the separatists, which was greeted with mad delight by Paris's long-time protégés, the Armenian nationalists, including the "Artsakh" separatists.

However, Armenia failed to repeat the same geopolitical combination with Azerbaijan's Karabakh. As a result, Russia, which did not fulfil the "hopes" of the Caucasian nationalists, became almost their "enemy", while France became their main friend and ally. Today, Armenia is actively arming itself with the help of France and there are concerns that it may engage in a revanchist war. It is important to note that this evaluation is based on current actions and intentions, rather than speculation or bias.

The Georgian political scientist Levan Pirveli, in an interview with the Russian journalist Maxim Shevchenko, spoke directly about the signs of preparations for the outbreak of such a war on the initiative of Armenia and France behind it:

At the same time, if France has decided to start a war with the help of Armenia, but in such a way that Azerbaijan is presented as an "aggressor" and the Nagorno-Karabakh people as "victims of genocide", then the time of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris is ideal for these plans. At the same time, it can be "cancelled" under the pretext of "war and genocide". And the culprits will not be the Armenians and the French (who are preparing to disrupt the Olympics and the war), but Azerbaijan and its ally Turkey.

It turns out that the "information super-operation" of the Armenians, which was already "rehearsed" with the participation of the French during the Beijing Olympics in 2008, can be repeated during the Paris Olympics in 2024. Azerbaijan will be accused of "aggression" and "genocide" by the Caucasian lobby, with the same cries of "aggression" and "victims of genocide" from the Caucasians themselves.

France may disrupt the Olympics, either by arranging a terrorist attack or inciting migrant riots. However, it cannot be ruled out that France has chosen to destabilise the South Caucasus and initiate a conflict with the assistance of its Armenian allies.
