Speaker meets NDI pre-election international monitoring mission

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili met representatives of the National Democratic Institute’s (NDI) pre-election international monitoring mission.

 

The sides reviewed the pre-election environment in Georgia, election legislation, pre-election plans of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party, and expectations.

 

Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chairman of the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, and Givi Mikanadze, Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee attended the meeting.
