According to Mikheil Saakashvili, in reality, Partskhaladze manages the Prosecutor's Office and the court from the shadows.

 

"It is Partskhaladze who is in charge of all the details of my so-called cases. He was appointed as a prosecutor after Kbilashvili refused to fulfill the task of his boss and did not initiate cases against me. Of course, Partskhaladze did not refuse to do anything. After that, Ivanishvili was forced remove him because of the so-called "sneakers case", but he is actually the one who manages the prosecution and the court from the shadows.
