Not only rallies, but even a change of government is necessary, but until my colleagues say what they want in politics, what they will change, I don't believe them – the Dream is destroying itself, Girchi MP Iago Khvichia said, thus responding to the information that civil groups and parties have consultations regarding protests.
When asked whether he will join the protests, Khvichia says that "it depends." The deputy believes that all this is done to carry out the daily process and not to change anything, because it is inconceivable that a politician, in case of a sincere desire for change, does not talk about his vision of what he would change if he was in power in specific directions, such as the court, education, etc.
"Unfortunately, we do not have coordination, we are not loved by our colleagues, but despite this, we believe that not only rallies are necessary, but even a change of government is necessary. Every day we call our colleagues to think about formulating a vision of the country's development in the event when the Dream is not in power. Until they formulate it and my dear colleagues say what they want in politics, what they came for, what they dream of, I don't believe a single word of them, until they reveal to the people how they dream of the country, so all this is just to carry out the daily process and not to change anything - how one can sincerely want to change things and not tell people what he wants, what he would change," Khvichia said.
According to him, he is sure that young people will take to streets again, because “the Dream is destroying itself."
"Even the airport scandal is absolutely enough for people to take to streets. I don't think the main problem is how to remove the Dream from the government. The Dream is destroying itself, they do not need help in this, but the main thing is what happens after they go away," Khvichia said.
