Ana Tsitlidze: I cannot comment on Usupashvili's philosophical elaboration - I don't think that Mikheil Saakashvili's freedom is the #1 problem for Vashadze or Usupashvili voters

I cannot comment on Usupashvili's philosophical elaboration. We have been hearing for a long time that the population does not want Georgian Dream and National Movement, but we see from the results that these parties have the most voters, this is how National Movement MP Ana Tsitlidze responds to the statement of Lelo MP Davit Usupashvili, according to whom, the formula for unification is the dissolution of parties and the creation of a new force based on them.

According to Tsitlidze, the voter needs another alternative too and that is why she supports the growth of small parties, however, when they talk about unifying the opposition, attention should be paid to the interests of the voter.

"I don't know what the main goal of small parties is, their goal should be, and we support them in this, to grow. The Georgian political spectrum should be diverse and the voters should really have the opportunity not to be tied to the National Movement and Georgian Dream and to vote for smaller parties. Of course, we should have a common position on important issues, but for example, for our 600,000 voters, the freedom of Mikheil Saakashvili is the number one problem, for the voters of Vashadze or Usupashvili, I don't think it is the number one problem," Tsitlidze said.

Regarding the position of Strategy Builder, Girchi - More Freedom and Droa on unity, according to Tsitlidze, "no one should cross the red lines". According to her, they themselves broke the unity when they entered the Parliament when the chairman of their party was in prison. According to her, "Japaridze left the party without even saying 'goodbye'."

"If they want to be on the list of the National Movement, then why did they leave the National Movement?" Tsitlidze said regarding the unified list in connection with their initiative.
