The Ukrainian law on de-oligarchization is not worth a dime, and its implementation will not change anything except that Kezerashvili and several others will be banned from funding parties and media, Citizens deputy Aleko Elisashvili told reporters.
According to him, a fair court is necessary so that someone does not rule politics from the shadows.
"It is a futile effort to adopt the law of de-oligarchization, first of all, this Ukrainian law is not worth a dime, and its implementation will not change anything except that a few rich people will be recognized as oligarchs, first of all, those who finance the opposition, nothing else will change. If we have a normal justice system, we won't need to pass special laws on this, it will automatically be ruled out that someone from the shadows manages politics. This will end with Kezerashvili and several others being banned from funding parties and the media," Elisashvili said.
