This process and goal of European integration and EU membership requires the unity of all political forces and society, said the Czech Ambassador to Georgia, Petr Mikiska.
According to him, he hopes that Georgia will achieve the results of the reforms by the end of the year.
"We would like to see the results of the reforms achieved through the coordinated, united and inclusive efforts of the Government, the opposition and civil society and the goal achieved through these reforms by the end of the year, and thus to achieve candidate status," the Ambassador said.
According to him, "the goal is achievable and close." The Ambassador stressed that this is a process that will bring a completely new life to the Georgian society, and this work should be primarily done by Georgia and not by the European Union.
"This process and goal of European integration and EU membership requires the unity of all political forces and society. Considering that this unity is necessary, we believe that it will be achieved," said the Ambassador.
