Diégo Colas: Implementation of recommendations requires unification of all forces

The main question and challenge is how to implement these recommendations, as it requires unification of all forces, said the French Ambassador to Georgia, Diégo Colas.

 

According to him, the European Council is ready to grant Georgia candidate status when the conditions have been addressed.

 

"The European Council has stated that it is ready to grant candidate status to Georgia once the conditions set out in the report have been addressed. Work will begin to address priorities and challenges. The main question and challenge is how to implement these recommendations, as it requires unification of all forces, finding a common platform and an inclusive method for making progress in the decision-making process," the Ambassador said.
