British Ambassador welcomes Georgian, British PMs' meeting at NATO Madrid Summit

British Ambassador to Georgia Mark Clayton echoed the meeting between Georgian and British Prime Ministers, Irakli Garibashvili and Boris Johnson, at NATO Madrid Summit.

 

“Alongside NATO’s increased tailored support to Georgia, the UK is proud to reaffirm our commitment to building Georgia’s security & resilience to external threats through more than £5m additional funding for cyber security,” Mark Clayton tweeted.

 

The UK will allocate Georgia over £5 million of additional funding to protect against Russian cyber attacks, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced at the NATO Madrid Summit on Wednesday.
