Roman Gotsiridze: When did Irakli Gharibashvili mention Putin? I googled it – he mentioned him in 2014

“When did Irakli Gharibashvili mention Putin? I googled it - in 2014. Why do not you mention Putin?" Roman Gotsiridze, a member of the United National Movement, said in his speech at the plenary session of the Parliament.

According to him, the Georgian Government, led by Bidzina Ivanishvili, is an obstacle on the road to European development.

"The Georgian people do not deserve poverty, they do not deserve Bidzina Ivanishvili, they do not deserve informal governance, they do not deserve the abuse of the Constitution, they do not deserve corrupt judges, they do not deserve political prisoners, they do not deserve the arrest of Mikheil Saakashvili, Nika Gvaramia and many others. The Georgian people deserve to be a full member of the European family. The Georgian people have earned it, with blood, including by participating in international missions. The Georgian Government, led by Bidzina Ivanishvili, is an obstacle on the road to European development. Why do not you listen to the calls of our partners who you have declared betrayers. Yesterday the President of France addressed the President of Georgia, saying that our country should support the European policy of sanctions and prevent Russia from trying to circumvent it. The US Secretary of State called on the Georgian Government to take all possible steps to support Ukraine and hold Russia accountable for military crimes. But how can we expect this from you who have refused the President of Ukraine to address the Parliament?

When did Irakli Gharibashvili mention Putin? I googled it - in 2014. Why don't you mention Putin? We forced you to mention Russia. One historical phrase is enough to assess the current era of Georgia. Here is what Zelensky said – “Georgian people are better than the Government” - this is a verdict," Gotsiridze said.
