It is immoral to make demands, especially by the person who headed a system where not only similar rights but also the right to life was taken away from people and prisoners – he should obey doctors and stop issuing ultimatums, one of the leaders of the Georgian Dream, Mamuka Mdinaradze, said about the transfer of former President Mikheil Saakashvili to the clinic.

According to him, when Mikheil Saakashvili was in power, prisoners were raped and killed.

"Now the author of this system issues ultimatums when he is offered to be taken to a clinic to provide him with health care. We, when discussing all this, forget that when Mikheil Saakashvili was in power, prisoners were raped and killed, beaten, beaten to death. It is immoral to make demands, especially by the person who headed a system where not only similar rights but also the right to life was taken away from people and prisoners – he should obey doctors and stop issuing ultimatums," Mdinaradze said.

The third President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili expressed his readiness to go to the Vivamedi Clinic for examinations, but on several conditions.

“1. Permanent access should be given to my family members, my personal doctor Nika Kipshidze and members of the alternative commission from the center "Empathy", which is defined by law and which I have been illegally refused so far; 2. During working hours, access should be given to persons defined by law, lawyers and members of Parliament; 3. All examinations, diagnostics, prescribing, as well as further stages of treatment or the fact of recovery should be determined by the composition created on a parity basis, with the involvement of the Center "Empathy" and in case of their consent with the participation of the members of the Public Defender's Council; 4. As soon as I get an answer to the above questions, I am ready to immediately go to Vivamedi; 5. I ask you to make a decision on these issues with the involvement of my family members and lawyers," Saakashvili stated.
